Terms, Conditions and Refund Policy

  1. Online orders can be shipped after payment by Visa/Mc/Discover.
  2. All payment must be in US currency
  3. All orders are sent insured via UPS Ground to a street address only within the Continental United States.
  4. Orders are shipped within 3 days unless back ordered.
  5. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are shipped insured via USPS.
  6. Orders to the Caribbean will be shipped insured via USPS priority air unless otherwise specified by client.
  7. All other foreign clients placing orders must make specific shipping arrangements with Eileen Seitz Fine Art, Inc. You may also print out the form and fax your completed order to 305-443-1416 after you first call this number.
  8. All artwork is guaranteed for 7 days from the date of shipping.  Any artwork damaged noted to Eileen Seitz after that time is the sole responsibility of the client and will not be replaced free of charge.
  9. Customer must refuse any package damaged in transit and immediately contact Eileen Seitz Fine Art, Inc. for free replacement of order.
  10. Shipping, handling, insurance are not included in the cost of your purchase and are calculated after your order has been made, so a subsequent charge will be applied to your credit card for these costs.
  11. When you submit this form your credit card information  will be processed on a secure server.
  12. All information is encrypted for security purposes using the latest standard security.

    To process the return, repackage in the original or equivalent packaging, send insured, with the RMA number on the outside of the package and your refund will be processed less the cost of original shipping and handling, once Eileen Seitz Fine Art, Inc. receives the return.
