Howard Alan Events will be closing down one mile of the luxurious Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach once again, and we want you out there with us! This fabulous art festival begins at US1 East, passes over the Intracoastal Waterway, and then extends to A1A along the Atlantic Ocean bringing together luxurious retail and fine dining, avid art enthusiasts, and exquisite fine art.
