October 12, 2007 Pollo Tropical Restaurants, 13998 SW 56th Street, Miami, Florida has opened their doors with a new tropical feeling. You can dine on their exotic dishes while enjoying Eileen Seitz?s Giclee Artworks in the harmony of the tropical fabrics, furniture and paint colors of this unique restaurant.
This year’s commemorative poster for the event is “Pink Orchids on Lotus Pond”, an oil-on-canvas painting by Coconut Grove-based artist Eileen Seitz. The piece depicts brightly colored orchids and bromeliads, lush greenery and lotus flowers on a fresh water pond, with the ocean in the background.
