Poster Artist – Lowe Art Museum, Beaux Arts Festival, Miami, Fl.
“Day Lilies’ was the chosen 25″ x 40″ watercolor selected to be the artwork for the Poster for the 1988 Beaux Arts Festival, at the Lowe Art Museum in Coral Gables, Florida.

The Walt Disney Corporation purchased one of my framed 25″ x 40″ original watercolors for their corporate office in Orlando Florida.
Prize Award: 1979 Beaux Arts Festival, Miami, FL
I was awarded a Prize Award at the 1979 Beaux Arts Festival, Miami, FL. The show was held on the grounds of the University of Miami, by the Lowe Art Museum.
Art Festival – 1977 Key West Florida
I moved to Key West in 1972 leaving Manhattan behind. This was where my journey of discovery began. Painting and getting out there showing my work at art festival. After 5 years of learning, seeing, painting and more it was time to soon leave. This was the last of the street festivals in Key West Florida for awhile. That spring I left moved to Kauai Hawaii.

The Key West Art Center 301 Front Street opened its 1974-75 season with a reception for members and their friends this past Sunday, November 3 and introduced an extraordinary excellent Juried Show.
Under the Classification of Mixed Media winners were: First Place, “Paradisio” by Eileen Seitz
A beautifully executed painting with tonal values showing the abundant luxurious plant-life
found on this island of paradise – as many identify it, that most west of Keys, Key West.
Second Place: Key West Art Festival, Key West FL
I was awarded the 2nd place at the Key West Art Festival. It was 1973
First Place: 1972 Key West Art Festival Key West FL
It was 1972 and I left Manhattan on a journey of exploration. In Key West I walked into the Art Center, became a memeber immediately and began to show and sell my work.. I was given the 1st place award for my originality and unique style.
First Place: New York City Art Festival, Manhattan N.Y.
It was 1965 and I entered a local street festival in Manhattan where I was born and raised.
I entered “Red Barn in the Snow” and one 1st place in the whole festival.
I was 13 years old that spring when I knew that my art was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.
