March 13, 2008, Pollo Tropical® located 238 W. Alexander Street,  Plant City,  Florida, has opened its doors with a new tropical feeling. You can dine on their exotic dishes while enjoying Eileen Seitz’s Giclee Artworks in the harmony of the tropical fabrics, furniture and paint colors of this unique restaurant.

For Grove artist, life imitates art…  Artist Eileen Seitz treats us to watermelon for breakfast in the house her architect husband, J Beattie, built for them in Coconut Grove. The home boasts enormous windows, soaring ceilings and a skylight that afford us a magnificent view of her tropical garden. It’s a cozy place to be on a rainy morning.
