January 7, 2008,  Pollo Tropical Restaurants located 12961W. Sunrise Blvd, Ft Lauderdal Florida, has opened its doors with a new tropical feeling. You can dine on their exotic dishes while enjoying Eileen Seitz’s Giclee Artworks in the harmony of the tropical fabrics, furniture and paint colors of this unique restaurant.

My oil painting “Mayan Market” was picked to be the cover for the 2008 Casselberry Rotary Calendar. It also became one of the inside pages. On my website I sell this image as a “limited edition giclee”
